Individual Therapy

Sometimes, something feels off and you can't quite name it. Other times, you know exactly what's wrong but can't figure out how to move through it. Either way, you don't have to sort it out alone.

I provide individual therapy for anyone 16 and older both in person in Longmont and virtually across Colorado. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I use a collaborative approach to build a plan that actually works for you. We'll talk about what's bothering you, where you want to grow, and what's been getting in the way.

What we can work on together:

  • Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm

  • Life transitions such as new jobs, relationships, loss, or identity shifts

  • Self-esteem, self-doubt, and internalized shame

  • Relationship patterns and communication

  • LGBTQ+ identity, coming out, and minority stress

  • Feeling stuck and not knowing why

What to expect:

Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person or virtually. We'll start by getting clear on what's brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we'll work as a team to move in the right direction.

I'm direct and transparent in session. I won't just nod along; I'll be honest with you, ask questions that matter, and work alongside you in real time.
